These terms apply when you register as an investor, submit verification information, or use the Triple 7 Holdings investor portal.
1. About Triple 7 Holdings
Triple 7 Holdings and its related mining and trading entities operate from Kimberley and across Southern Africa. Portal access is provided to verified investors for due diligence, project information, and investment allocation.
2. Investor verification
You agree to provide accurate, complete information for know-your-client and due diligence purposes. Triple 7 may request supporting documents and may approve, defer, or decline access at its discretion.
3. Investment risk
Mining and commodity investments carry material risk. Stated returns or targets are indicative only and are not guarantees. You should obtain independent financial and legal advice before investing.
4. Payments & allocations
Funds must be transferred using the reference and banking details issued by Triple 7. Allocations and share certificates are confirmed only after administration verifies receipt of cleared funds.
5. Portal use
Login credentials are personal and must not be shared. Triple 7 may suspend access where information is false, incomplete, or where regulatory obligations require it.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
